		<description>I still am not willing to discuss the subject of layouts. However I find that the art for all these covers is completely consistant the art of the stories that those artists did inside. In the case of Prentice the art is also consistant with what he did in Rip Kirby. There is no doubt in my mind that those covers are drawn by the artist and not just inked over Kirby pencils.

The covers represented have a definite Kirby feel to them. I suspect Kirby may have provided layouts or rough pencils for Meskin and Draut to follow. The Prentice attributed cover has a very strong Kirby style, particularly the girls. Could Kirby have pencilled this cover and Prentice inked it?
