The "Our Friend Ken" comic is from Keating's 1964 campaign. There are references in it to the "imported" candidate and his friends (Robert Kennedy was not a resident of New York until a few weeks before the race). A copy of the comic exists at the John F. Kennedy Library in Boston, MA. It's filed in the Robert F. Kennedy Senate Papers; 1964 Campaign; "Hatcher, Andrew" files.

Nick,

To my knowledge Joe had no help. I am not familiar enough about the art of Tuska but the faces do look like Simon's work to me as seen in some of the late Romance covers (Young Love, Young Romance, Going Steady).

Did Joe have any help with the art? Some of the figures and faces look like George Tuska may have assisted, particularly the figure and hands of Rockefeller on the bottom of the Rockefeller team.
