		<description>Hello,
I was hoping to use the cartoon by J. Simon depicting the topic of Syracuse and Daylight Saving Time for an essay publication. Are these pictures in the public domain or do I need to acquire further permission for their use? If so, how can I go about getting it? If you could help I would really appreciate it,
Thank you for your time,
Lee A. MacCrea</description>
