A touching way to remember your Grandfather, Its a pity you never met him, but neither did I and perhaps another 99 % of his fans, but he has certainly touched all our lives in such a special way, you and the whole of your family must be so proud of him. I am 48 years old now and I remember 41 years ago I was hanging on to every word and drawing your Grandfather did and I have continued to do so since then , now my own boys Bertie 10 and Bradley 7 Just cant get enough Jack Kirby, wow how the world turns, I wish you every possible success to raise the $ 15,000 that you are aiming for and feel sure that you will do it.

Thank you so much Mr Baldwin Kirby Museum, and all of those other wonderful, caring indivduals and entities for helping to make Jack Kirby Day one of giving to those in need in the comics community. Thanks to Jim McLauchlin of the Hero Initiative as well for his enormous enthusiasm, energy, and guidance! I hope my grandfather’s birthday can be a celebration of his legacy and giving to those in the comic book industry! Jillian Kirby
